is it normal that you can do only i mission at the time ???

i dond have that problem but some1 on my friendlist have that problem :

Does he only have one rumble bag?

It's normally better if the person with the problem reports it here ^^' it's hard to solve it if we can't even contact the user.

Edit: Solved! The user palpadded me and my assumption was correct.
