What's the diffrence between 'The two seem to get along.' and 'The two seem to get along very well' ?
I have a piplup couple, and they both are from diffrent OTs, both hold an everstone and still they only 'get along.'
Any ideas?

Are you positive that they are from different OTs? Because they have to be from different OTs from each other.

I cannot put my Barbaricle in the Daycare, nor my Avalugg. Is it because they're from Kalos?

No, others have bred their Kalos pokémon without problem...
Maybe they're busy? You could check with the list in this article to make sure they're not somewhere they're not supposed to be ;)

They baby can be both, a Rokkyu or a Riolu. It will have a little chance of being Rokkyu, and more chances on being Riolu. If you want to know what will be, you can scan de Egg :p

If you scan the egg will it tell you whether it's shiny or not? Or do you have to hatch it to find out?

Scanning the egg only tells you what Pokemon it is. To know if it's Shiny, you have to hatch it :p

First evolution (which is not baby-pokemon) of a Pokemon has a better chance for an egg then evolved ones, so in your case, you should have 2 Marills in a Daycare, not Azumarills. (nor Azurills because they are baby-pokemon)

It doesn't matter if they're Marill's or Azumarill's. It wont increase or decrease the chance.

Title: This is probably a silly question, but I'll ask anyway.

How does one even get a Ditto? o-o It is related right...being the Pokemon that can breed 'em all..Still kind of new here, so yeah, don't know much.

You can get Ditto in the Lab, but you have to be very very lucky to get one. For example, I got mine after one year and some months xD
