Starburst stared anxiously at the water, her tail swishing. It felt awkward, being in a competition like this, after all, she was a fire type.
Tibult shifted around. He wasn't paying attention, he didn't know who was doing their teams part.
Zekri swished her tail, staring around at the others.

Alex growled. "Hurry up and get near the pool Rinko!" He yelled at Rinko.

Pix watched the teams from the viewing platform. She was still with the rest of the Pokemon that could fly.

Lunamina shifted from foot to foot.

"GO!" Leaf yelled through the loudspeakers.

Lunamina just jumped into the water. Her team was taking too long to decide. She would just swim herself. She pushed off on the side of the pool, and flew ahead in the water like a torpedo because of her small size.

Cruel dove into the water, trying his best to swat away the piranhas while avoiding the sharks' vision. He got bit quite a few times, but he was already halfway across.
I mostly go on Smogon and Twitter nowadays.

Rinko jumped into the pool , the water wasnt really crystal clean but she still could see. She was swimming her whole life , after all - Popplios and Brionnes are one of most fastest swimmers in Alola and she is not going to give up now... but those carvanas are coming awfully closer. With her small size and body made to swim fast it was no problem to swim like topredo but sometimes she had to be really careful to not hit other pokemon...

Leaf sighed. A robotic hand grabbed Cruel out of the water and brought him back onto the edge of the pool.

"Only one Pokemon can do the challenge for their team." Leaf said through the loudspeakers.

Lunamina's mushrooms blocked the water from getting into her eyes, so she could see. She pushed off from the other side of the pool and kicked, making her go much faster.

Chakra wondered if he could Psychic Rinko so she can get to the end faster.
But he decided against it.

Creme De La Creme screamed her heart out to help Lunamina win.

One of carvanas got in Rinkos way and Rinko frowned.. Why does everybody has to be soo annonying? Bafore carvana could attack her Rinko lunged at her in incredible speed (using Aqua Jet ) and attacking her and bafore Carvana could realize whats going on Rinko continued on her way... she is getting closer .

Lunamina hit the end of the pool with a mushroom. She smiled, then turned back and swam as fast as she could.

Finnaly Rinko reached the end and she touched wall with her paw and turned around , she seen Lusamina in front of her... No , its not going to be like this "Hey! Be careful! There is Carvana under you!" Rinko yelled , hoping Lunamina will fall for it

Starburst cried out, happy that Lunamina managed to start her way back already. She glanced at Zekri furiously stamping her hooves.

Lunamina looked underneath her and squeaked. A Carvana grabbed her foot and pulled her further under the water. She started attacking the Carvana with her other foot, but it was no use. She hoped the Carvana would get off of her foot soon.

Rinko grinned , it seems like there was really carvana.. "I am soo sorry but i have to win!" She said and twisted her tail fin in another angle , trying to miss group of carvanas but she accidentaly hit one and she got hurted by sharp fins... "So-Sorry!!!" She squaked and started again swimming away , carvana still after her tail..

Lunamina smashed the Carvana on the head. It growled, letting her foot go finally. The Carvana then swam after Rinko instead. Lunamina floated to the surface and took a long breath. She then spotted Rinko and swam faster than she ever had in her life. She barely passed Rinko, winking cockily at her as she passed.

Chris only saw the event a relaxed, after all, he was sure that Lunamina was going to win, it was a shame tho, a Match between him and Rinko would have been perfect, after all, it was going to be the match of the Brionnes
