Creating a specific thread for the "New Community Badge" posts so the forum doesn't get bogged down with random nonsense posts.

Then, please put your badge spoilers in an actual spoiler by using the

[spoiler]information go here[/spoiler]

tag, thank you. I'd also suggest to reword the thread title a bit, for the same reason.

Some people want to find out about the badges themselves because they're up for the challenge, because they like it better this way or whatever reason else one might have for doing this on their own.

So, making a public collective thread for peeps to post in in order to get the New Community badge not only defeats that purpose - because those users could accidently stumble over the thread and thus the "secret" of how to obtain the badge wouldn't be a secret anymore - but would also be against the rules, more precisely the one I quoted above.
