When they reached the village, Rairu gestered toward the crumbling houses and the silent air. "There used to be a lot of us...but our leader...destroyed most of us...really all of us..." Rairu thought about how mental Sam was for awhile. "Now it's only us...but...it's our job now to build this place back up again. Make it our home...since we can't get off..." Rairu heard Asuna ask Nyx her age so he fell silent.

Nyx looked at the village.She smiled slightly as her ability flared up and let her see what the village looked like before.She blinks a few times and rubs at her eyes.Please don't ask about why they just flashed blue,please don't ask.She thinks to herself.

Sam stepped out of the house with his spear. He jumped on it and zoomed past Rairu. He made sure to "Accidentally" bump Rairu. He laughed as he flew over Nyx.

Rairu glared at Sam when Sam pushed him. "Sam...leave her alone!" Rairu didn't know what he was doing, but he didn't want Nyx to get the impression that they were psychopaths out to kill her.

She rolled her eyes at him before walking Nyx into her house showing her to her room and put Ryder down to sleep then walked back outside to get the fire started as she murmured to herself "No wonder we are the only people here."

He laughed as he flew over to Asuna. He snapped his fingers as an explosion lit the fire. He sat down and held his spear. He sat next to her.

Rairu stood in the shadows, watching everyone. The fire danced in his eyes as he was lost in thought. Life was so different now than it was when he first arrived. Now...they were all nervous...mad...what happened?

Nyx slowly slinked off to explore the rest of the village.It looked interesting from what she saw with her ability.As she was walking she started to hum a medley she had heard from her childhood.

The soul smiled. "There is nothing left for me to do here. But I think I know how to come back." The soul took over Kaien's body, to summon a clone that looked like his physical self. The soul wiggled free out of Kaien's body, and went in the body of Bert.
