can i make a monster OC?, ive had one stored for a while

if so, here it is:

Username:

RP Name : Bearo

Gender : ...Not Known yet, Presumed male

Appearance : has a orange hoodie with his/hers hood covering them, the sleeve ends where the hands are have bear paws, [like the digimon, gabumon] and straps connecting his/hers hands to the paws. the hood has two small bear ears, [image will be added soon.]

Color Of Soul / Main Emotion : oddly tinted with a brownish orange

Weapon : massive bear paws that he/she can summon out the ground

Defense : the bear paws can reach up to the elbow, so he/she can move them in-front of them to protect themselves, the downside is he/she can only create 8 at once, if she/he tries to make more, and they can, they will either be too weak to move, or pass out, another downside is, the paws have to move where her/his hands move.
