When I go to my friends' profile, I have to keep PMing them to know what their forum links are. If the Subscribed forum links were shown somewhere near the Contact Links, it would be really helpful.
Edit:also, maybe a Private button to conceal some subscriptions...

there's already a 'subscribe' button at the top of every thread that you can click after they link you to their thread, you can view subscribed threads here after you've done that

many users also put links to their forums and such in their contact links on their userpage (even though that's not the primary function), perhaps you could ask them to link their thread from there?

Sorry, but no support. I kind of don't want other to know what I'm subbed to. It's nothing personal, but just really an issue to do with stalkers and annoying people.

Maybe add a Private button so that you can make some private and some not? Added this is first post.

There's no real purpose to this, and I don't see how this would be needed. I put my important thread links in my signature and on my profile. I don't see how this feature would be useful :b it would just attract annoying people, like Diana said ^^
