Well we all know that there is an open all button for the party, but what about the boxes? People might want to go through all the Pokemon in their boxes and their party. When you open up any box full of Pokemon there should be a Open All to interact with all the Pokemon in the box.

I support this idea. I use the open all in parties a lot when I'm visiting pages that I know I've interacted with some of their pokemon already. If this were implemented, I'd do the same thing for the storage boxes as well.

Support, if there was a separate button for each box. Having to go through hundreds of pokemon with one button isnt very appealing...

I think it would be better to place a button under every pokemon in the box, so you can choose what pokemon you want to interact with. So when you want to keep the non evolved form of a pokemon, you can leave it. If you have one clicklist, you can't skip pokemon.
If you have a button under every pokemon, you don't have to open a new tab or have to load the page.
If you don't know what I mean, look at the signature of Riako. You can click the Train button without having to laod the page or open a new tab.

Possible through "Custom Clicklist" on the Clicklist-page. Implemented!
