Hino was just knocking on the door to the lab when she saw her brother Khale coming. "Oh, hi, Khale." She said in a neutral voice as she turned back to face the door. "I didn't know that you were coming here. I thought you went ahead to the next gym."

"I already beat the second gym." Khale said. But I saw something weird when I was in the town with the Pokémon, and a Pokémon professor is the best person to ask, right?" It was surprising to see Khale without his boastful attitude.

"I think Darkrai has set up some sort of team with the psychic Pokemon. He could' even gained inspiration from Team Rocket." Laura said, as she was listening this through the window, and enters the lab with a Kangaskhan.
The kangaskhan had a burn on her pouch, and her child was standing near Laura, afraid of the people around.
"Professor, this Kangaskhan was burnt by an aggressive Rapidash, and her baby can't get in due to the burn. Could you help it?'

"Hm... maybe they aren't here." Hino said to herself. She turned to leave, but Khale just opened the door and stepped in. "Hey, what are you doing entering a house without permission?" Hino asked shocked, but Khale just glared at her and said, "Well, maybe the professor is just too busy to answer the door. I'm sure they won't mind if we just go in and ask a few questions. It won't take much of their time."
Hino decided to follow to make sure that Khale wasn't rude and didn't get thrown out.

Kangaskhan looks at Khale, as she was standing directly in front of the door. She begins to examine if Khale was a threat to her child, who was playing nearby.
"Who're you?" Victor asks Khale, as he thought that Khale could be a brainwashed person, come to attack them.

(I think the lab doesn't count as Elm's house, considering in the original games he had it where Lyra's house is in HG/SS and it was moved in the remakes to next to the lab. So I think you're allowed to enter the lab without permission.)

Tiger looked over, and saw Khale. He then noticed the Kangaskhan and went over. "Mind if I examine her" he asked Khale kindly. "Elm is a bit busy with two trainers in the back now" he explained quickly.

"Oh, the Kangaskhan isn't mine." he said when he saw the person come up to him. He stared back at the Kangaskhan that was inspecting him like a threat. "Anyways, I came here to ask about something I saw earlier today. I was treating my Luxray, and then some trainer and his Pokemon attacked me. Then I saw some news that it was happening in other places, so I wanted to know what was going on. By the way, I'm Khale."

"I'm Tiger" Tiger introduced himself briefly, and looked at Kangaskahn's pouch. He then used a burn heal on the burn, and handed the Pokemon a Rawst Berry. "That should help" he said kindly before turning to Khale once more "well there have been events of trainers being hypnotized and attacking at random, and we have some suspicion Darkrai is behind this, but we aren't one hundred percent sure yet" he said softly as he thought.

Kangaskhan looks happy, and puts the baby back in the pouch. Laura looks at the Pokemon. "Can we possibly keep her in the lab? As many people are brainwashed, they may capture, and mistreat the poor thing." She says. Kangaskhan approves of the suggestion. "By the way, I'm Laura." She says to Khale.

"I'm Victor." Victor says to Khale.

"Ah, hi, Victor. Hey Laura. Nice to meet you. Are you from around this place?" Khale asks, "I'm here from Sinnoh trying to collect all the gym badges." He was wondering where his sister was. He was sure that she followed him inside, but once he got inside it was like she disappeared. He decided that maybe Hino hadn't followed him after all and left.

"I'm from Kalos, but we just moved here after I picked my starter Pokemon. I'd like to clear the Johto League, and meet lots of new Pokemon. I think Johto is a lot different from Kalos. In Kalos, everyone is hyped about Megas..." Laura says, as her Fennekin jumped around. The baby Kangaskhan jumps around a bit on the word 'Megas'.

"I'm from Kanto, and I've travelled most regions, except Unova. I want to be a full-fledged fire type specialist." Victor says.

"Cool." Khale said. "I'm from Sinnoh, and my dream is to beat my sister in this contest we're having to collect all eight badges before each other. I HAVE to win, but then my Pokémon were attacked by some random strangers. I think it's all okay now, though. Did you guys have any problems here too? You seem to know so much. I don't have a mega-Pokémon, though I want one."

Tiger sighed "well Johto has had a ton of people being mind controlled" he repeated slightly annoyed. Does anyone listen to the news... he thought to himself with a sigh.
