Moveset: Sunny Day, Rain Dance (braixen can learn this for some reason??), Flamethrower and Psyshock
Personality: Amelia is quiet and shy, preferring not to battle but instead read and grow flowers. She's honestly just a precious cinnamon roll

Appearance: Like any other regular Raichu, but the cheek pouches are reddish, and there is a dark brown lightning bolt mark on his forehead. He wears a silver bracelet with a neatly-cut thunder stone embedded in it.
Moveset: Volt Tackle, Focus Blast, Iron Tail, Thunder Wave.
Personality: He likes to lead the group, and roast berries with thunder wave. Like most of his species, he likes to discharge his electricity to the ground, and may shock his trainer. He becomes agitated if he stores too much electricity.
Other?: He was sent here for being accused to kill a Pikachu. He dosen't remember doing it, and is in doubt.
