SO! hi :) I have an idea that can help with communication between players and staff members!

I was thinking we should give performance surveys! Things that can improve our gameplay here on ph!

questions could be things like:

Have you ever had any serious problems on ph that can be prevented in the future?
yes\no or choose not to answer.

Do you enjoy playing ph?
yes/no maybe/choose not to answer

and the last question should be something like:

Anything you would improve? If not leave the space below blank.

I don't really see a need for this and I would find surveys to be quite annoying to be honest, I'm sure other users share my view on that as well.

There's also a few things I'd like to point out ...
• If there's a problem, you can always report it in the Bug/Complaint Forum since it seems users forget about that second part of the forum's title. Or even use the Support Center to get a fast response from a moderator.

• I honestly don't see why anyone would play on PokéHeroes if they didn't like to do it.

• The Suggestions Forums are meant to be used to hear ideas of ways PokéHeroes can be improved.

I don't really see a need for this either, unless maybe if you'd prefer the survey to be anonymous?

If you don't need it to be anonymous feedback then you have the Suggestions Forums right here to post in if you think something can be improved - or if it's a more sensitive issue involving people but you don't want to submit a ticket you can pal pad a Mod, all the ones I've spoken to about different things have been great.
