Tiger walked over and overheard Elm and Victor. He then stopped as Cyndaquil looked at the strange Cyndaquil.

Soul walked into the lab. "Hello, I'm here to start my journey" She said.
Heart also walked in. Soul turned to her, surprised. "What are you doing here?" Soul asked.
"I'm also going on a journey."
Soul laughed. "You're kidding, right?"

Elm nods, as he tries to think of totodile and chicorita eggs.
"The other two eggs got stolen, so I'd like you to take care of this one.." Elm says shakily. Volt gives Elm a slight shock to recover him.

(*hands the "Elm remote control" to Tiger*)

(Heart is supposed to have a chikorita, and Soul a totodile, I'm guessing they won't have their starters for a while? XD)
"Stolen?" Heart asked.
"Stolen?! What do you mean by stolen?!" Soul asked. "That doesn't mean we won't be getting our starters, does it?"

(Okie dokie XD)

Elm shakes off the electricity and looked at Tiger slightly before walking to the other trainers. "I have a few spare Pokemon for starters. Totodile, chikorita, and Cyndaquils that have been hatched for some time. Feel free to choose, and if you already have a starter then take this pokedex, and pokeballs" the professor said kindly going through the the motions for new trainers. Tiger watched carefully as he was slightly interested in what the professor did. He then grabbed his pokedex and pokeballs when he saw Lion walk over. "Hey kitten" he greeted Tiger jokingly. The boy sighed and looked at cyndaquil "I see you have your Cyndaquil that you brought in years ago...are you actually going to go in a journey this time or sleep in" he laughed before grabbing his items from Elm and walking out of town. Tiger just sighed, and didn't respond he then looked at cyndaquil slightly.

(*the stolen things were supposed to be starter Pokemon with Battle Bond hacked into them xD*)

Victor looks at the others. Should I give Blaze to one of them? He has a sudden thought. He tries to hand over Blaze to someone, but he clutches to Victor angrily and ignites his flames.

Victor asks Elm for a Pokedex.

Elm hands Victor a pokedex, and pokeballs before leading Soul, and Heart to the spare Pokemon. Tiger looked at cyndaquil before signing softly "come on bud lets go" he said to his Pokemon cyndaquil nodded and looked away from Blaze.

Heart and Soul walked with Elm, and they looked at the starter Pokemon. Soul chose first. "I'll choose totodile."
Heart thought for a little bit. Which is the one who is super effective against totodile again? She then remembered. "Then I choose Chikorita!"
Soul laughed a little. "Of course you try to choose the one with the type advantage. It takes much more than an advantage over types to win you know?"

Victor captures Blaze in one of Elm's given Pokeballs before nodding a thanks to Elm. After Blaze is officially Victor's, he lets out the Cyndaquil.

Meanwhile, an Articuno reaches the TE HQ, and simultaneously, a Zapdos reaches TS HQ.
"You failed?!" A grunt at team shadow HQ shouted at Zapdos, and the Pokemon sulked.
Meanwhile at Team elements HQ, a boy welcomes Articuno. He then pats the Pokemon, who lets out a screech. Articuno gives the boy the eggs, which simultaneously hatch into a chicorita and a totodile.

(I do not know how is an Articuno supposed to voice itself, so I settled for a screech XD)

Elm nodded and handed the items to them. "Pokemon has more than type advantages, or disadvantages. It takes training, time, and patience for the Pokemon" he said softly. The professor then looked at the Cyndaquil who wasn't chosen. The fire Pokemon then ran to the fields once more.

"Yes.." Victor replies Elm, but all the same, he felt a bit uneasy at water types, who were strong against fire types, Victor's favourite and most used type.

Crystal walked outside, and went to the grunt who yelled at Zapdos. "Respect the legendary." She said in her cold, monotone. "It may have failed the mission, but it won't fail again." She looked at Zapdos.

Heart and Soul both took their Pokedexes and thanked the professor.

Gale looked around trying to plan things out "This is gonna be our first league, think we can win it?" She asked dratini "Definitly" She responded bouncing in excitement.

(Maybe he was in the middle of a game of tag with the other rejected starters XD)

Tiger was began for the first route he looked around. "Not so different from the time you snuck out to get super potion right?" Cyndaquil asked Tiger. The boy laughed lightly "that might be part of the reason my training privileges were delayed" he laughed, "but to be fair it did save the lives of all the lab Pokemon. Including yours" Tiger said softly. Cyndaquil nodded and stopped as he saw a Sentret scuttling in the grass. The Pokemon then tackled Tiger. "Alright Cyndaquil first battle lets go" the boy said Cyndaquil nodded and jumped into the grass.

The two girls walked into the route. They went separate directions to get to know their new Pokemon.

Victor then spots a hoothoot nearby, hiding in a tree. Victor gets Volt to use iron tail on the tree. The hoothoot falls down, hiding his face.

The grunt apologises to Zapdos, and Zapdos uses thunder on the grunt as a punishment.

The Sentret took the first move. It ran at cyndaquil with tackle and hit. "Cyndaquil flamethrower quick" Tiger said. He had seen his Pokemon's move set before he began his journey Cyndaquil nodded and used flamethrower hitting the Sentret and burning a small clump of grass. The Pokemon shook the ash from its fur and growled. It then ran at cyndaquil again with tackle. "Cyndaquil use tackle" Tiger replied Cyndaquil nodded and used tackle knocking the Sentret out.
