Appearance: He is tall for his age. He has dark brown hair with random streaks of red in it. He has a black birthmark near his left eye. Victor has a scar on his right hand.
He wears a red full sleeved jacket with a black hood.
Pokemon team: Raichu, Charizard, Excadrill, Meinfoo, Serperior, Typhlosion (named Blaze).
Do they have any special abilities?: Victor can sense the auras of the Pokemon and humans around. As a result he can understand if someone is lying/shown suspicious behaviour.
Blaze the Typhlosion can undergo Bond Phenomenon with his trainer and achieve a form called VBlaze (artwork by me, do not copy without credit!). This form has all its advantages and disadvantages same as Ash-Greninja.
Region they came from:Victor comes from Kanto, though he had stayed in Unova to compete in the Vertress Conference, but lost at the top 4

Suddenly, a Raichu begins chasing a meowth in the deck, creating a row. The Raichu's trainer tries to make his Pokemon listen.
"Volt! I will not have this misbehaviour... or, " Victor said, thinking of a suitable threat, "Or you'll never participate in a league again!" He said. The threat affected Raichu, and he left Meowth alone.
Victor looks at Amber. "Hi!" He says. "Sorry if my Raichu, Volt caused any inconvenience." He completed. Volt makes a sorry expression.

On the back of Aria, Meruuki flew around as the group of people started preparations for the trip. It's not that she was lazy--she definitely wanted to help--but she felt as if she would just end up making a bigger mess, with her blind eye and all that. She hoped that the others didn't notice, though it was pretty easy to tell that one of her eyes looked more dull then the other. She just hoped that they wouldn't try to talk to her about it.

Walking towards the docks, she spotted one of the people she had seen on the group. It's probably best if I just avoid talking to all of them for now. Walking forward, she boarded the ship and stared out onto the ocean.
