Miss Nolana looked at the shock on almost all of the students faces as they heard of their new power and smiled joyfully. "Now kids don't be alarmed, you will hear the voice of your ore and you might even see it's form. For a while you may not be able to control your powers and their might be flames and water filling this room any minute if you have too much emoticon so try to stay calm. Right now you only have your power when touching the ore and you must let your ore fuse with you. Once your shock is gone and you accept the power you have been granted you must bring your ore to where you want it to be fused with you and press it against your skin. It will lay there forever like a tattoo so choose your place wisely," she said watching the kids carefully hoping no one would burst to flames or fill the room with lightning or water.

Akari was shocked to hear her pokemon speak to her. She heard a soft voice in her head that said to her "You have the ore of animals. You can speak with animals and take on attributes of animals like you can take the amazing sight of a tiger or the wings of a butterfly to fly around. You could also just take a cat tail similar to the one you have now." The voice giggled knowing how freaked out Akari was right now that she had a tail. Akari reached behind her and realized she did have a tail and started shaking nervously. At leaset I won't set the room on fire.

She tried to calm herself but, she was still freaking out. Suddenly bunny ears popped on her head and she felt like she was going to explode. She pulled her bunny ears back and put her head down on the table. What am I going to do! I can't how up places with a tail! I will never be able to control my power and I'm not even sure if I'll be able to calm down. Suddenly her ore spoke to her again with a soothing voice "Just take a deep breathe and allow your mind to rest. Your ears will go away once your calm." Akari let herself calm a bit and her ears went away. She let out a sigh of relief and she completely relaxed which made her tail go away too. Akari then did what Miss Nolana told her to do and took the pink kitten ore and pressed it against the side of her arm. She was filled with even more energy and the skin where she put her ore began to glow as the ore sunk into her skin.

Lace carefully listened to Miss Nolana's instructions and put her mind at ease. She carefully took her ore and placed it to her ankle over her sock. I hope this works through my sock cause it would be a pain if I had to take it off. Her sock began to glow the purple color of her ore and went transparent as the shape of the ore glowed on her skin. She felt a heavy flow of power fill her as the ore merged with her skin leaving the shape of a brain on her ankle. That was easier than I thought. She rubbed Luna's head happily now that she had the ability to read mind.

Tuxa watched as others fused with their Ores. She pulled up her sleeve a bit and fused the ore right below her elbow before pulling her sleeve down. She nearly jumped out of her seat as it began speaking too her again. "Your going to hear many things, not all good. some of it will happen and some of it might. You have to distinguish what is what" It said before its voice faded away, replacing it was many muffled crys shouts and words.
Tuxa let out a startled eep before plugging her ears with her hands, only to get it louder.

Tsuki's eyes widened, flashing pure silver for a second, her head flying back so she stared at the ceiling. A moment later she calmed down, clutching her head. "I am your ore....We hold the abilities of a psychic..." Tsuki gasped. "Psychic....Man, no wonder I was pretty good at telling fortunes." she groaned. Akane barked from her new spot on Tsuki's desk as she watched her clutch her head in pain.

Inari watched with a bored expression as a blazing orange and red ball of energy flew towards him. Though he looked uninterested, he was freaking out. 'What the heck is this?!' he thought. The energy flew inside him, and he cried out, feeling hot. Akamaru jumped up, so he was standing beside Inari, watching him closely.

Inari groaned as he felt the fiery feeling flicker between hot and warm, going from nice to hurtful. "I'm your ore! We can control the power of fire!" Inari choked out a laugh. Fire...Of course. He always did love fire.

Kori squeaked from her seated spot as she watched an ice blue ball of energy float towards her, and fly around her in a circle a couple times before entering her body. She gasped at the nice cold feeling she felt. She hadn't felt this nice and cold since she left home! The cold started to spread through her body, becoming freezing, and starting to hurt slightly, as frost began to coat her skin. "I'm you ore. Together, we hold power over the ice."

Kori smiled, clutching her slightly frozen arms as she looked down at Safaia. "Ice..." she whispered. Safaia nodded in understanding. It was fitting. The Glaceon decided. Kori's pokemon was an ice type, and she came from an icy region.

Hikaru had noticed someone sit next to him, but when he went to say something, the teacher entered the room. Rin had sat up, so she was laying her head in Hikaru's lap as he continued to pet her head. Hikaru listened with half an ear to what she was saying. What he really caught was that these people in the room where going to be with him for the rest of the year and they were getting an ore.

His head lifted, startled when he heard cackling, the tell tale sign of lighting, or electricity. He watched as a cackling ball of yellow energy flew towards him and entered his body. He groaned at the pain of the electricity flying around his body, beneath his skin. It kinda felt like ti was moving through his blood. He looked down at Rin who was looking up at him with worry. He gave her a weak smile. "I am your ore. Together we will control electricity."

((Game Time:like 1:30 ish))
Miss Nolana saw all the kids letting their ore merge with them. She waited a bit until everyone seemed calm enough to continue. "Okay now for the dorm assignment! All rooms are next to each other and have there own bathrooms. Room 1, Tsuki and Akari. Room 2, Inari and Dante. Room 3, Lace and Zoey. Room 4, just Hikaru since there weren't enough pairs. And Room 5, Kori and Tuxa. We took into consideration not to put opposite powers next to each other and try to match up ages. You can pick your key right here. Class is over you can wander the campus and try out some of the food at your cafeteria!" She announced cheerfully.

Akari smiled at her new roommate. At least I know my roommate. She seemed pretty nice. She went over to the front to get the key to her room. She got up and said to Tsuki "I guess we are roommates then. I want to check out the cafeteria wanna check it out with me? I want to know your power and I can tell you mine." She lifted Sparkle to her shoulder and heard her Zorua say, "I wanna know your power too." Akari winced hearing her Zorua speak to her and figured everyone else must hear her say "Zor- zorua" like she normally does.

Lace sighed hearing she had to share a room with some girl name Zoey. I hope she's not super girly. That would tick me off like crazy. She looked around trying to figure out who Zoey was but she had no clue besides the fact it wasn't the 2 kids that were here. She sighed again and got up to get the room key. She nudged Luna to get her to come with her and said "Come on we are going to the room okay. Tell me when your hungry and we'll get lunch then." She walked over to the room with Luna and opened the door. She was shocked at how big the room was and 2 queen sized beds in the room. "Wow," she gasped. She walked in and put her bag on the bed closer to the window and lay down on the bed with Luna next to her.

Tsuki gave Akari a small smile, but winced slightly, one hand still on her head. "Sure, why not." she said softly. "Can we just...Speak softly? Please? My head hurts a bit." she whispered. With one hand she grabbed Akane and picked her up, putting her on her shoulder and stood up. She looked over at Inari and gave him a smile. "Nice to meet you Inari." she said. "You too Akamaru." she said before turning around and walking off with Akari.

Inari sighed as he watched the two girls walk away. "Yeah, you too. Bye." he said, trying to be polite. He sighed again, scanning the room, wondering who Dante was. There were only two other boys here, so he had a fifty fifty guess. He looked down at Akamaru. "Let's go boy." he said, getting up and heading towards the front of the room to get his room key.

Kori blushed slightly as she heard that she had a roommate. "Ahh...Um..." she murmured, looking around. Who was her roommate again? Tuxa? She wondered which girl in the room Tuxa was. "C-come on Safaia..." she said, getting up and heading towards the front of the room. "Ahh....Can I have my room key?" she asked Miss Nolana.

Hikaru sighed, letting his head fall back so he was staring at the ceiling. Of course, he got a room to himself. If he didn't know that there were only two other boys here, he would've thought that his parents paid the school to make sure he was on his own. Probably wouldn't have wanted to 'defile' the heir of the family fortune.

With another sigh, he got up, and started towards the front of the room. "Come on Rin." he said. The shiny Luxray nodded her head, and followed him. Once he had his room key in his hand, he walked out of the room, intending to wander the school until he thought of something to do.

Tuxa got up and walked to the front of the room, the muttering in her head a bit quieter and the picture of an ear she scribbled in her pocket. Her Xatu hopped off of the window ledge and followed her as she picked up her key. i'm going to get so lost She thought, attempting to figure out who Kori was.

((Kori was right there, asking about the key for their room together....You walked right by her.....))

Inari yawned, stretching his arms as he walked down the hallway, Akamaru right beside him. He groaned. "So bored....And hungry...." he looked down at Akamaru as he came up with a great idea. "Akamaru! Let's go raid the kitchen!" he grinned. Akamaru barked in return, sounding happy with the idea. "Alright!" Inari cheered, running down the hallway, trying to find the kitchen, Akamaru right on his heels.

"Your Kori, Correct?" Tuxa asked Kori. Kori looked closest to her age after all. Her Xatu had backed away somewhat so he wasn't blocking the desk. Tuxa had put her key into her pocket to keep it safe.

Kori blinked, startled as her head jerked up. She flushed as she stared at the girl in front of her. "A-ah! Um, yes! I'm Kori!" she said loudly, then flushed darker. "Ah...And this is Safaia." she said, indicating her Glaceon. Safaia let out a bark as a hello, sitting beside Kori, waiting for something to happen. "So, y-you're Tuxa?" she asked.

"Mmmhmmm" Tuxa nodded. "Xatu doesn' have a special name" Tuxa said as Xatu moved so he was standing beside her and staring Glaceon down. He nodded after a minute or two. "Xatu seems to like you."

Safaia let out another bark while Kori fidgeted. "Uhh...I-is there anything you wanted to do...?" she asked. "I-I mean...We c-could do something together to get to know each other better. W-we are r-roommates." she said, a dark red staining her pale cheeks. She groaned internally. 'Why do I get so flustered?!' she wailed in her thoughts.

"I was gonna explore." Tuxa said. "it is important we get to know each other, you are right." She nodded. Xatu simply stared at Safaia, seeming to not pay much attention to Kori or Tuxa. "We could go to the Cafeteria, are you hungry?" Tuxa asked.

Kori nodded, her blush lessening. "I'm kinda hungry..." she murmured, scratching the back of her head. "Do you want to go eat?" she asked, starting to gain some confidence. She was sure that if she got to talk to Tuxa a bit more, then she wouldn't feel nervous or embarrassed around her anymore! She really hoped that happened. She hadn't always being so embarrassed but she didn't know how to gain her confidence yet, when at home, she was always put down for being female.

"Yeah. I dunno where the Cafeteria is though." She said, a look of confusion across her face for a second. "We'll figure it out though." She nodded. She hadn't been paying much attention when she had arrived to the school, and what she had seen had been forgotten already.

Kori smiled. "Well if we walk around, we're sure to find it!" she cheered. I mean, how hard could it be? A cafeteria and kitchen would have to be pretty big, especially if this was a boarding school! "Do you want to start looking for it then?" she asked.

"After you" Tuxa nodded. should be easy, considering the average size of school kitchens. And the fact that cafeterias tended to be rather large. "How long have you had Safaia?" she asked, purely to make small talk.

Kori nodded and left the room, starting down the hallway, Safaia at her side. "Umm....A couple of years....Maybe....5?" she guessed. Kori shrugged and Safaia let out a bark. Kori laughed at Safaia as the Glaceon nudged her leg. "I found her wandering as an Eevee after I'd ran away from the boys who were yelling at me." she said.

Akari nodded and whispered "Do you know which way it is to get to the cafeteria? I'll tell you my power once we get there." She petted Sparkle and the zorua said "I want cheri berries. Cheri berries! Cherri berries!" Akari flinched a little again at her voice. She walked over to the door and waited for Tsuki to come.

"Why would anyone yell at ya, you're pretty nice" Tuxa asked, walking on Kori's other side as Xatu stayed directly behind her. Her hands rested in her pockets, crumpling the many reminders scribbled on small non-sticky notes. She watched the interaction between Kori and Safaia oddly. Seemed more companionable than the relationship with Xatu, which was mainly them looking out for each other.

Kori blushed and looked down. "Um...Well the town I came from, strongly believes that women should stay at home and cook, clean, and take care of the children. They even have the young boys forcing girls to learn how to do what a perfect wife should. I'm slightly a daredevil cause any time I here someone say a female can't do something, I go ahead and do it anyway." she blushed.

Tsuki smiled. "Akane can probably smell the food, anyway. She is a wolf after all." she said, and slowly put Akane on the floor. "Can you smell the kitchen girl?" she asked. Akane barked, sniffing the air a few times and ran off down the hallway. Tsuki laughed softly. "Guess she was hungry."
