Questions:
Is op like ooc (out of character?) Want to be clear on rules and I don't speak internet well.
Can a skill be special, like a specific magic power? (I have a character who controls/makes fire)

Moni woke up with a start, rattling her decorative jewels. "Maman!" Looking around herself, she first registered the plane parts, the empty seats, and only a few other people around her. She sat stunned for a few moments before she grabbed some poultices out of her bag and made her way to the first girl.

"Hello...hello? Do you speak english or bengali? Are you hurt?"
