Ryoku calmly started to scale the tree. He wasn't expecting the Zubat nor did he see it. "I hope whoever lives here is nice. Hopefully they won't attack me like most everyone else." Ryoku said as he climbed.

Sage then ordered Zubat to use an attack. It used poison string on them.

Ryoku fell as the attack hit his neck and poisoned him. "That hurt... I don't feel well." He said as he temerpature quickly rose.

As Crystal jumped out of the way, Uxie attempted to use Psybeam to counter it, it mostly worked but after a moment Uxie moved out of the way, since it couldn't hold it off. Gastly then used Shadow ball, causing a cloud of smoke from the impact.

Ryoku tried to scale the tree again. "I don't intend to harm you." He said weakly as the poison was getting to him. "I just wanted to se if you wanted to team up."

Ryoku climbed down and leaned against a tree. "I think I got poisoned, it hurts alot." Ryoku said as he felt sicked and weaker by thr minute.

Addisonn heard the whole commotion but was too terrified to get involved. Where was her courage? Suddenly dragonair raced out of the grotto with a mouthful of berries."dragonair! Wait for me!" And with that she ran out of the grotto and towards the large mass of people. When she got there she saw Dragonair handing berries to Ryoku. "What happened? Why is everybody crowding around? Is someone hurt?!"

Rylie hearing people yelling, sighed and followed Addisonn. When she reached the group she saw Ryoku leaning against a tree, from the looks of it she'd guess that he's poisoned. She looked around at the people surrounding him, who knew he had so many friends? She glanced at the berries Dragonair handed Ryoku, pecha berries. Good, those should work, she thought. Just then, Banette jumped up to grab one of the berries, but Rylie slapped it's paw away. "No," she told the Pokemon sternly, "Those aren't for you."

Rylie nodded, "Thanks. Oh, my name is Rylie. And your name is...?" She asked. Her Banette shoved the berries into its mouth as soon as they they were handed to him. She grinned when she saw banette had a purple stain around its mouth.
