Addisonn flexed her wings. She was a charizard! Now she would show them that she wasn't a nobody! With one mighty flap of her wings she was lifted off the ground. Higher and higher she flew. This is great! she thought as he scraped the top of the skyscrapers. Addisonn felt her mouth warm and blew out a long tongue of flame. Little did she know that she was attracting attention, some unwanted attention. Someone watched Addisonn from behind a skyscraper." She has changed. Addisonn was puzzled further. Where was Ryoku running off to? He always seemed to be doing some thing. Saving one person, fighting the next. He was so brave, and she was a nobody. That was probably why he ran away, because I am a nobody she thought. Who gets caught in the crossfire of a large machine? Who is weak enough to be influenced by mew's aurora? Who was to afraid of other people to go near them? She was, and she knew it. Anger boiled inside her. She was a nobody, she was a nobody, she was a nobody. Those words circled her head over and over. Slowly she began to grow and change. Wings sprouted from her back and a tail followed. Her hands changed into claws. Her mouth turned into a snout. Addisonn screamed in agony at the pain of changing. Her body had changed. She was a charizard! Anger was still clouding her mind as she let out a deafening roar.

Suddenly everything came into focus. Ryoku was there and so was someone else."what? Who? Why?" She asked puzzled. Then she remembered." You mean mew was communicating with me? But why? Why would mew even bother to try to talk to me? All I did was go towards it and everything went black." Addisonn scratched her head. She was sweating immensely. Everything was so strange to her now. Everything seemed sharper and her mind felt as if a veil had suddenly been lifted. What was happening?

(He? Addisonn's a girl you know) Darkness surrounded Addisonn. Where was she? "You have changed Addisonn" startled, she looked around and saw a light. She ran towards it." Where am I?" She yelled, but there was silence. She neared the light and realized it was mew. "Mew?" The Pokemon stared at her intensely as if it was trying to tell her something but was held back."mew, what's wrong? Mew?" There was a flash and everything turned white. Mew was gone." Mew wait!" She screamed. It was no use. She sat up with a snap in a dismal field surrounded by a ruined city. People were crowding around her that she couldn't tell who they were. Strangers! She thought, but she wasn't afraid for some reason. She clutched her bloody dagger."who are you? Where am I?" She demanded.

(Hey guys, the light is mew by the way) slowly Addisonn gained consciousness and looked around. The men and their machine were gone, but mew was still there. Dragonair and Umbreon were talking to mew in rushed whispers." Tell her what happened, it's for the best that she knows" whispered mew. It turned around to look at her. " she is awake, I must go, remember what I told you" and with that there was a bright flash and mew was gone. Without mew's bright aurora the night was dark. Suddenly she felt a searing pain all over as if something was trying to get out. Her head became muffled and she fell to the ground unconscious once more.

Addison had heard yelling but didn't turn around. Nothing mattered but that mysterious light. Everything around her grew blurry as she headed towards the light. As she grew nearer she saw that the light was being emitted by Mew! Her mind was still clouded and she didn't care. She just kept moving towards it. She wanted to touch it, to be part of it if only... " fire the DNA removal machine!!" Someone yelled. A lever was pulled and there was a bang but she didn't care, she was so close, so close... "Get out of the way girl!" the same voice yelled. She reached out her hand, she could almost touch it now... A huge shock wave hit Addisonn and snapped her back to her senses. She looked around and saw some team zodiac grunts and a huge machine. Mew was coming towards her."what...happ...ene-" she fell to the ground unconscious.

As Addisonn walked down the dark streets she felt watched. She stopped and pulled out her dagger, just as a precaution."who's there!" She yelled."Show yourself!" Suddenly she felt a prescience behind her. She whipped around to see two men carrying off her Pokemon."Stop right there!" She yelled as she ran after them. The men rounded a corner and dissapeared behind a building. She ran after them until she couldn't anymore."put... Them...down!" She yelled and threw her dagger. It hit the man in the back and he toppled over. The other thief dropped Umbreon and ran off. Addisonn collected her Pokemon and her dagger and was about to go back, when she saw a light far in the distance. As if in a trance she began to go towards it.

Addisonn had heard fighting. Swords clashed and people screamed all around her. Shade was lying next to sage, who had apparently been cut bad. Ryoku was leaning against his sword, a gash in his chest. "I've got to help them!" She exclaimed and ran to the rundown pokecenter with umbreon still in her arms. When she got there she savaged as much medical supplies as she could carry and headed for the door, dark eyes watching her the whole way.

Addisonn began to walk back onto the street. Suddenly, a dark figure lept down from a ledge in a blur of black. Addisonn staggered but recovered quickly. She backed away from it, hoping it hadn't seen her. Unfortunately, dragonair had seen the mysterious thing and charged it head on. " Dragonair stop!" She yelled but her effort was futile. Dragonair ignored her and attacked it with dragon pulse. The thing staggered back and fell into a patch of moonlight. Then she realized it was a Pokemon. Not just any Pokemon, but an umbreon! The poor Pokemon laid on its side limply, the golden pattern on its back glowed brilliantly in the moonlight." Oh Dragonair what have you done!" She cried as she approached the wounded Pokemon. Dragonair bowed its head in shame. Addisonn knew that dragonair was only protecting her, she shouldn't have scolded it. "Oh come here" and with that she pulled out an Oran berry and handed it to dragonair. " I know you were only trying to protect me" then she suddenly remembered Umbreon. She walked over to it and knelt down beside it. " poor thing, must have taken the brunt of the attack." She looked it all over and found it had scars all over its body and its left leg was smaller than the others. It looked to be just a baby. Quietly she fed it some Oran berries and watched it recover to health. Then she picked up the little Pokemon in her arms and vowed to take care of it with her life.

Addisonn was fazed. Whithout thinking she pulled the dagger out of her bag. She didn't want to use it, but if she had too then so be it. She looked around, a moment ago everybody was fine, the next thing you know a girl jumps out of a tree with a sword and everyone is pulling out weapons, ready to spar. What a horrible world this is she thought. Then she saw a girl. Rylie and Ryoku were already talking to her while a squirtle jumped on their heads. How peculiar... She thought. Cautiously she approached the girl and realized she ment her no harm. Suddenly calm, Addisonn extended the hand without the dagger to the newcomer. "How do you do? My name's Addisonn"

(What building?)Addisonn looked back to see if Rylie and Ryoku we're following her. When she looked at Rylie she was suprised to see that she looked tense. She was staring at something. Addisonn stopped and faced Rylie."is something wrong? You look uneasy" as soon as she finished speaking she heard someone say "I'll live!" She froze. Slowly she turned towards the place where the voice was coming from and saw the upper half of a person. Addisonn shrieked and pointed at the place where it was. "What is that?!"

All uncertainness was gone when she saw a rusty sign that read "New Iron Town 20 miles" "well what do you know" she mumbled quietly to herself as she continued down the path the sign had indecated. (I say dragonair because it is easier to type than shiny dragonair, but it is still shiny)\\r\\n\\r\\n\r\n\r\n"Like Rylie said she is a shiny. she's my pride and joy!" Dragonair puffed out its chest importantly."oh and she's always been stunning, at least to me. I'm delighted you noticed!" Addisonn exclaimed happily as dragonair brushed some pidgey feathers off of it in a swish of its tail, trying to hide its delight at being praised.

Addisonn nodded her head in agreement. She would be glad if she didn't have to be in another situation with strangers. Addisonn walked past the flock of pidgey without a second glance, but her dragonair couldn't resist such a temptation and hurled its pink body into the mass of pidgey. Feathers flew everywhere as the pidgey scattered. She laughed as dragonair gave chase to some of the pidgey and eventually retreated to her side, fatigued. "Now that's something you don't see everyday around here!" She said through a fit of giggles.

	Addisonn graciously took the Oran berry and ate it. Out of the corner of her eye she saw Ryoku walking away. She quickly blurted out " wait for me!" And darted after Ryoku. Dragonair was suprised at Addisonn's sudden movement, but quickly recovered and followed after her. [Read more]

Addisonn took Rylie's outstretched hand and stood up. She couldn't help feeling embarrassed. She was about to say 'thank you' when she realised that Rylie had turned away from her, her mightyena growling. Instead she whispered shakily "what's wrong?" She felt foolish asking because she knew it wasn't her business. What an idiot I must seem like! I'm probably just in the way. Who cares, they probably just think I don't know anything. That's how it was back before the disasters. A tear rolled down her cheek but she brushed it away before anyone could see it. "Nevermind, don't even bother answering." Addisonn said weakly. Dragonair looked up at her concernedly and started licking her elbows. Instantly they began to feel better.
