After the episode Jailbreak, Peridot and Lapis slowly joined the Crystal gems' side, but Jasper stayed true to Home world. After a while, Jasper was fed up with it, so she took revenge on the Crystal gems and gathered an army, after the Crystal gems heard about it, Peridot and Lapis went back and Pearl gathered her own army, and the war began. The war raged for 100 years and effectively destroyed Beach city, everyone died during the war and Steven (who stayed back at the temple) died of old age, but left his gem behind. The Crystal Army was ruined. Jasper went up to Pearl and told her to surrender, Pearl was about to surrender when a pink light came from the temple, it was Stevens gem, Rose was back and with her help, they defeated Home world. 100 years later, Rose and Jasper declared a truce and Beach city was never the same.
This is the story of new Beach city.
