TBV's mind was thinking about battle tactics. So, if I help Fluffy take out Rapids, and then afterwards, betray her... then I'd win unless she used fire attacks against me.. TBV thought.

Rapids just sood there.

Rapids attacked TBV instead of Fluffy, since he knew that because TBV has wings, he can't get Rapids to stop attacking no matter what he did. He used Scald on TBV.

TBV dodged, but the attack skimmed over his wing, causing him to drop slightly, TBV used Silver Wind.

(Silver Wind hits Pokemon adjacent to the user, so technically, Fluffy was attacked.)

Rapids tried to use Scald on Fluffy.

TBV saw, and tried to use Psybeam on Rapids, but it missed.
