This has most likely been suggested before so I wont go into detail.

Basically today I was making a box for my breeding couples so that I know where they all are and people in my shop can also see what I breed. Well anyways, it took AGES to find all the breeding couples that I have. So, I thought it would be a cool little feature with a 'Show Breeding Couples Only' button in the storage boxes which basically only shows Pokémon that you have two of which are the opposite gender to each other. Maybe as a little extra thing could be if the user has a ditto it also shows genderless Pokémon. That's it. Thanks! Please show your support.

If implemented and user as a Ditto, every pokémon [aside from unbreedable legendaries] will show up. This suggestion wouldn't change anything about needing to search your boxes for pairs.
