Riley looked at sunglasses and pocket them. He nearly had a heart
attack as a girl fell out a tree moaning "Food."
"Guys! We need food here!" Riley shouted.
"I didn't...he jumped...I tried to go down to help him, but there's
no safe way down the waterfall...he just jumped..." Max muttered
falling to his knees and looking at nothing.
Some people need a high five. In the face. With a chair. Made of
steel. Covered in acid. On fire. Three times.
"We need to leave..." Max mumbled. Then he collapsed on the ground
and passed out. He was still breathing, but it was all too much for
him. He just conked out.
River came over with a plate full of food. "You called?"

Adrin watched Arin reapply the bandages, the others already blood
soaked. She had one that Max didn't get in her stomach, and Arin
lifted her shirt to clean it. A blush erupted on her face, and she
hissed as the cleaning liquid touched her skin. He wrapped a
bandage around her torso, and tugged her shirt back down. "You
should go change. Anything kind of revealing?" He asked. She
nodded, having a tank top and shorty-shorts. She went to her tent,
zipping it shut as she changed. The black tank top had the Taurus
sign on it, and the shirts were black. She had slipped on black
flip-flops, and you could see all her wounds. Arin tugged her back
to where they'd been sitting, and pulled out a needle. "We need to
stitch up that cut." He stayed, pointing to the one she'd gotten on
her cheek. She flinched, hating stitches.
Dean heard Riley, "Oh? Someone new?" He asked. He walked up to the
girl. "I'm Dean. Also, whatever you do, do not mention the name
'Melina' in front of Max."
Arin mopped over the wound with rubbing alcohol, and threaded the
needle. "Ready?" He asked, making her nod softly. The needle went
in and out, and shivered. She clenched and gripped the ground,
wincing. He finished, and went over it with a bit more alcohol.
"There. Now, if may leave a scar." He said, putting up the medical
items.
"Wow, you guys didn't notice? By the way, who's gonna help the
unconscious kid?" River said. He knew she was there from the start.
It was amazing they didn't.

"Ehhh...I've dealt with people more mentally unstable, I'll help
him." River said. He went over to Max and got him back in his tent.
"Jeez, he's heavy. Oh yeah, muscle weighs more than fat. That
explains it."

"You have? I've never seen you around here, but, if you're working
for that Amon guy, then... I'll go cower in fear if you are working
for Amon." Dean said.
Dean walked back to his tent, and fell asleep. He was dreamed about
what would happen if Melina was alive, even more traumitizing
incidents, even more humiliation, but Max was happy, and that's
what mattered most.
