In a small orphanage down the road,
A bright light glowed.
The orphanage owner reading a book,
Of the images the children got a look,
Then the clock struck midnight,
And no more was the bright light,
A cold wind passed through,
Of all the candles it blew,
And then the orphanage owner disappeared,
Leaving the children in tears.
One by one they disappeared,
The children full of fears.
No one knows what happened that night,
To the orphanage with the bright light,
But rumor has it that children out past midnight,
Will face the same fate as that nursery with the
light.
Sam was playing around, fumbling with a new trinket she made,
hoping to catch a ghost that was around. She saw it. She knew it
was there. Her hands lit up with a purple power, and she used it to
burn the book she had to read. She got her powers from the ghost
she knew was near.
Jill was patrolling the rooms, making sure nobody was doing
anything but reading old books she loved, but everyone else hates.
(It happens)
Damian walked into the orphanage. He walked up to the front desk
and looked around. He didn't see anyone. He put the package on the
desk and wrote a note saying that he pickked up the package on the
way back from the post office. He sat down at a chair to wait for
Jill.
Liz sat on her bed. She was reading a book. She knew that Damian
was here but she had to find a time to sneak in to the front to see
him. She waited and pretended like nothing was wrong.
(Yep)
Sam saw her contraption complete. She aimed it at the source of the
power, she fired. It broke, and she cussed under her breath like it
was a normal thing. She kept tinkering with it.
Jill walked along, and found Damian. "What are you doing here?"
Jill asked, looking at him annoyed.
Damian got up and quickly brushed himself off. "Your errands of
course. Inpicked up and your mail and groceries." He said as he
nodded toward the package on the desk. "Do you mind if I see Liz
today? I know that you've said no every other day but....." Damian
trailed off.
"Come back here!" Jill said to him. "You forgot my baby blue
makeup!" Jill said, running off to get him.
Sam was still tinkering, when she got an incredibly strong
supernatural sense from the drug store. She started to sneak out,
crawling into the vents, hearing something about baby blue makeup.
"Sorry sorry! I'll get it later!" Damian said running off to the
room where the kids would be at. He burst through the door and saw
Liz on the bed he ran over to her and said breathless, "Liz! i had
an idea on how to get you out! What if I-" Damian was cut off by
someone else yelling across the room.
Ugh. I'm never getting out of this mess. Hannah though with
defeat.
Luna sighed and jumped onto the nearest roof, hearing even more
voices. They sounded familiar, but better be safe than sorry.
Stella snickered as she overheard someone yelling about makeup.
That stuff's just for wimps who care about what they look like.
What matters is who they are inside, not outside. she hissed
under her breath.
"OH MY GURD!" Sam said, startled by the loud voice. She quickly
jumped though the vent, using her ghost-like powers. "What
happened?" Sam said, loosing the source of power.
Stella climbed onto the rooftop to scan the area. Filthy
cowards. I bet this midnight thing is just curiosity... Killing...
Oh. Well, I'm an idiot. she hissed out loud.
Luna heard hissing. Why would a cat be here? she noticed two
white dots glowing in the dark. She made out the outline of a cat.
"Wha-?" she squeaked, before covering her mouth with her hands.
"Jeez, bastards scaring me..." Sam mumbled, teleporting out, and
getting the signal again. "I guess a ghost near me could teleport!"
Sam said while looking out at the drug store across the road.
(Also, what time is it?)
(Thank you :))
Sam walked across, to the drug store. She had brought her ghost
catching device, just incase. The costumers looked at her weirdly
while she looked around in her stupid-looking gear.
