Basically, rate the post above from 1 to 10, 1 being not embarrassing and not painful, and 10 being so embarrassing that you should never show your face in public again and so painful you should have fainted or vomitted.
Rules- no gore or anything like that.
Example-
Lols4tw: I was riding my skateboard at the skate park and tried to kick flip it up, then I landed on the center, I fell a few feet, and landed on it, landing in the middle of it standing up, right in between the legs.

RoflFriend: 6 for painful and 8 for embarrassing. I was climbing a pole and fell off, I landed in the splits position and as I was standing up, someone shot a basketball and it hit me in the gut.

And so forth.
I'll start with-
My sister was playing with the hose on the 'Jet' setting, she flailed it around and it hit me in the groin.
