'Welcome to my sprite shop! There are rules.'
-Don't rush me.
-When all slots are full, no commenting.
-If you want anything changed, just pm or palpad me about it.
-Give me credit when you are using my sprites.
-Use your mind, and respect me and the other customers.
-Three sprites per user everyday.
It then shows you the paper it was holding.

It then turns the TV on, there is a news report.

Use the form, and a recolor is only the colors changing. So no, i can't make the spiked collar, and i won't make it if you don't use the form.
