It looks a bit weird to me. Honestly, if it's a winter pikachu, it could be a lot fluffier. The tail also looks a bit odd, as it's normal, but a square at the end.

Now that I look at it, it does need to be fluffier. Also, I kinda meant to make the end of the tail look weird by making it have softer edges?

I agree with Tech, and I also think that you should work on proportions a bit, as some limbs are bigger than the other the perspective/angle to justify it.

I saw it, I have to admit I giggled. Lovely art, and great work on getting the dab, it looks really nice, and the limbs don't look broken.

I've seen amazing pieces come from flipaclip, and this seems like one of them! I love how they bob a little bit, and how the intro sortof shivers, not something you usually see by Flip-a-clip
