Sparrowstar quietly ate her prey. She had to be on guard.

Bearpaw yawned and started playfighting with the other apprentices.

Rosepaw laid in the apprentice den, stretching and appreciating the sunlight filtering through the grass and leaves.

Nightfang was stalking a crow.

Gingerpelt went over to the fresh-kill pile and picked a small vole off the pile. She went off to the side and sat down. She began to hungrily eat the prey.

Lillyshine silently stalked a mouse. It was munching something in the tall grass.

Lake was sleeping in his small den. It was in the rogue camp. He kept his tail on his nose as he quietly snored.

Sprucefur quickly grabbed a sparrow from the fresh-kill pile. He ate it nearby with quick, precise bites.

Sparrowstar stood up and padded out of her den. It should be safe in the camp...

Bearpaw knocked his playmate over, then helped them up.

Rosepaw fell asleep.

Nightfang pounced on the crow, killing it with a swipe.

Gingerpelt finished and stretched. She wondered if she could go hunting.

Lillyshine pounced, but missed the mouse. The mouse ran back into its burrow. She narrowed her eyes and quietly continued looking for more prey.

Lake continued to sleep.

Sprucefur finished the sparrow and smiled. He thought about the bad things that were happening recently in all of the Clans.

Sparrowstar stretched. Nothing bad could happen today.

Bearpaw glanced around at his leader's yowl. "We have to move again!" he hissed and ran after his clan.

Nightfang walked to the Rogue's camp, the dead crow swinging in a metronome-like fashion.

Lake kept sleeping. The sound of pawsteps didn't awaken him.

Icestar glanced around the Frostclan camp. Things will be fine. She told herself.

Lillyshine managed to find a small vole looking around in the tall grass. She began to stalk it.

Nightfang dropped the crow in a small pile of prey, and growled, pulling out a maggoty sparrow and tossing it into a hole.

Sparrowstar glanced around, then darted back inside for the remains of her prey. She preferred to toss it into the forest.

Lake slightly opened one eye.

Lillyshine pounced onto the small vole and killed it with a precise slash. She buried it for now, and silently searched for more.

Sparrowstar threw the scraps out into the grass. Stupid birds were so feathery.


Nightfang sat down and groomed himself a bit.


Bearpaw froze. Their clan had entered a danger zone-the rogueland's border.
