Draco decided to go to the beach. He grabbed his things and got changed in the bathroom. Draco vanished and reappeared as a lightning bolt at the beach.

Draco splashes some water onto Tiff and electrocuted the water that was in Tiff's hair and that covered her body. Luckily, none of the water on Tiff's body was touching the body of water.
