(568 looks and sounds like a girl so it would be very hard to tell without seeing him naked that he is a boy. Also, he never said his number. ^^;)

568 watched the two carefully. "You two appear to be new," he said as he walked over. "I'm 568. I've been here a while." He started to look over 913's wounds. "Okay, I can help. It might hurt when I touch you, just because your wound is sensitive, but it will feel better soon, trust me." He carefully and gently placed his hand on her arm wound. His hands glowed lightly and the the wounds on 913 would start to heal slowly, the pain would fade. Soon enough, the wounds were closed and 913 would be clear of all wounds.

He pulled his hands back. "Okay, that should do it," he said to them as he stood up. "You still need to rest and recover. You appear to have lost a lot of blood so your body will need to make more, but at least you are no longer losing blood or in pain."

He nodded before Thirteen took his hand. Going upwards seemed like a good idea.
"Room five yes." He confirmed shortly. When Thirteen took his hand he felt a little warm, it gave Five a caring impression of her. When Thirteen stopped walking suddenly he raised his eyebrows a little in a confused expression. Five noticed the pad shortly after as Thirteen pulled it up from her pocket.
"What's that?" He asked. Well, he knew it was a pad, but as he saw the text inside it he got curious.
"Do you write?" He added, but more lika a mumble this time. He couldn't remeber his own hobbies, if he ever had any. Thirteen had maybe been writing everything she saw, like a diary. In that case Five might appear in there some day maybe? Five didn't know why, but he liked the thought about someone writing about him, even if noone now did.

Thirteen heard the questions. "I am not sure, I can't remember," he said softly. He searched his pockets and he found a pen. He flipped to a blank page and wrote down a few things. Then he compared that to what was written inside the pad. "I think I wrote this, but I do not remember doing it," he said to Five. So he had written about disappearances, but it was something before that he could not remember doing. He closed the pad and it put it away with the pen. "We should continue on," he said, still holding Five's hand. He was not sure why, but the story about disappearances made him uncomfortable. If he had written it, was it just a story or was it real? He continued to walk, not sure how many rooms were here, but soon they came to an intersection. He looked both ways and forward. "Which way do you think we should go?" he asked Five, looking at him.

So Thirteen did not remember, that meant she'd written it before coming here... Right? And that also meant there was a "before". Maybe for them both? Thirteen had not been reborn, neither Five, probably. A thought hit him. What is they were dead? so far, no way out had been found even if they'd just discovered a smal area so far. What if this was hell...? Did the headache he felt before result as in some sort of pain everyone recieved when they die and get here? Five swallowed. No, They couldn't be dead. This was not at all how he pictured it. Five got knocked out of his thoughts once Thirteen spoke again. He just nodded shortly as an answer and followed her. Once they got to an intersection he sort of followed Thirteens movements. The wall in front of them had a signboard with pointing arrows in both ways. On the left arrow was some numbers <- 50 - 100 - and the right one said "Office".
"I don't know, but an office might have someone working in it.. Right?"

Thirteen looked at the sign they had come to. 50-100? How many rooms were on this floor? Then the other said office. He heard the question and he nodded a bit. "Yes, an office would be where one would go for help. Maybe someone in the office can tell us what is going on and how to get out of here," he said. He still held Five's hand and went right. If they found someone in the office, that would be great, they could get out of here. Maybe they could even find out who they were besides numbers. This hallway was just as dingy and long as the rest they had come across. "I wonder why the lights are so dim in these halls. With the structure of this place, it could get someone very hurt if there were holes or stuff in the floor," he said softly.

913 cringed just a bit, before nodding wearily at 568. "Thanks.." She glanced at 242 and asked, "you okay?" Questioning the grief in her voice. Not waiting for an answer the scarred teen continued, "would either of you happen to know why and where we are? I can't seem to remember anything past waking up.."

568 looked at 913 for a moment. "This is a hospital," he said simply. "And since you don't know, you might want to avoid the staff here. They are not here to help us. I have been here for months and I have no clue my name, just this number on my wrist. Also, if the doctors do catch you, it is not a good thing. They like to do experiments. None of which are fun and they are painful. It's one of the reasons my eyes are the way they are now. Maybe that healing power too, but I do not remember if I had it before I was here or not."

"That sounds lovely." She replied sarcastically, unnoticingly emitting just a bit of static into the atmosphere around her,, causing her hair to stand on end and frizz up. "So how exactly do we know where and who they are? Or should it be relatively obvious?"

568 watched her carefully. Maybe the people brought here had special powers? "Well, you learn generally where they go depending on how long you are here. I've learned a few places they enjoy hanging out and I know the office on the first floor of this building is definitely one of them. Then there are the examination rooms," he said. "But outside of that, just don't go near people who wear lab coats. Stay away from them. The only ones you can trust really are others with numbers on their wrist."

"Okay....anything else we might need to know?" 913 was very uneasy about this whole thing, not exactly extatic about experimants and mystery people in lab coats. Well, these two seemed okay, and maybe she could stay around 242 for a bit longer..913 just felt like she should take care of her for some reason, even though 242 was the one who had origionally been trying to care for her. Still unaware of the friction she was creating, as soon as it had started, it stopped, and the still ignorant 913 continued to stare at 568 with her big, blank eyes.

568 looked at 913 for a moment. "Beyond not getting caught by the staff well, there are no windows or doors that lead outside of this building, at least none that I have found yet. I think the staff leaves so they have to be leaving somewhere," he said to her. "There really is nothing else though. The only way to get out of here is to find out how the staff is getting out." If the doctors started to dress like normal people, it would be harder for them to stay away from them. "I am also starting to think that everyone brought here has some sort of power inside of them. So you two might want to figure out what your powers are. It might help you fight off the doctors or even help you get out."

"Well..uh..thanks i guess.." Feeling a bit awkward she just kinda kept staring at 568,, and ended up standing and walking towards them to offer out her hand for a handshake. "I think this is something people do.? Eh..either way...."

242 was listening intently, being quiet. She was still on the floor, and her knees were pulled up to her chest. Her chin was resting on her right kneecap as her eyes looked up lazily at 568. Her hands were wrapped tightly around her lower legs, a shiver running down her spine. It wasn't too warm in the room.

568 heard what she said. "No problem," he said. He watched her for a moment. He watched her offer her hand out. He remembered a little about handshakes. He shook her hand gently. "It happens. I have seen the doctors do it when they make deals," he said to her. He held onto her hand briefly before he looked at 242. "There are some places here that hold more heat then others. I can show them to you if you would like."

Retracting her hand, 913 offered another shaky smile at 568 before turning to 242 and asking her, "would you like that..? it's really cold in here so.." she looked down at the shivering girl and waited for a responce.

"Yeah, that would be nice..." 242 said, nodding lightly. She stood, but her right leg was asleep, making her knee buckle. She gripped the bed post for support, and her leg slowly awoke. Pins pricked her skin, and she crinkled up her nose. Once the sting went away, she straightened and smiled at the other two lightly.

568 listened carefully and he nodded a bit. "All right, let's go then," he said. He would lead the two out of the room once they were ready. "Okay, so the closest spot that is warm is this way," he said, leading them down the hall, towards higher number rooms. He was careful as he went along, making sure there were no staff hiding anywhere. Once they reached room 300, he paused. He tried the door, it was locked, but there was another way in. "Okay, so this room has a lot of warmth inside surprisingly, but we have to crawl through a vent, if you two are okay with doing that," he said to them.

913 grabbed 242's hand and followed along, and when they got to the room she waited, watching for what they would do, and was a bit doubtful at first about the whole door being locked thing. After 568 told them the "but" she looked to 242 again,, and then said "I'm good if she's good.."

242 nodded, and smiled. "I'm good with that!" She said, smiling and shifting her weight. She was shivering a bit, and her teeth were chattering lightly. She bit down on them and her chattering ceased to make noise.

568 nodded a bit. "All right," he said. He moved to the vent, which was big enough for them to crawl through and he removed the grate. He then crawled through the vent first, pushing the grate aside and emerging in the room. Once he was inside, he waited for the girls to follow. The room would be far warmer than the places the two had been before. He had wondered why certain places were warmer, but he knew the staff would not give them answers.
