Inspired by this story
Earth is currently low on resources. The government has made a website called 'The Peer Review'. You are to write about yourself and wait for the 'judges' to either give you the green or red light. If they give you a pass,well,it's your lucky day! You won't get killed by the government! If it's a fail then...Sorry mate. Just see what fate has in store for you.

Hakurei turned on his laptop and typing the url 'peerreview.org' on the search box. Beads of sweat was starting to form on his forehead as he furiously typed what he needed to--his self.
Hello,my name is Hakurei Kusaka. I'm a 25 year old male who has graduated from college a few years back. I'm very reserved and quiet,to be honest. I don't have any jobs or anything like that.
Phew. Wiping his forehead with a towel,he pressed enter on his keyboard. Even typing those easy things was hard to him. He loaded for the page to finish loading and got the "Your form has been sent. Please wait for at least a week to get your results."
Even a week was a pain to wait,he thought.
Now, I'd say that's a task well taken care of! Uh… were you expecting something more?

Akira and Yuki got what they needed, they headed back and as soon as they reached they opened their laptops which were their birthday gifts from 4 years back and then went to the peer review site, both made their forms

The male could hear the door pounding. He needed to run fast. The male followed to where his legs would take him,which was the alley.He lets out a deep sigh, peeking to see if they were after him.

The smile and look and Akira's face vanished, Yuki was shivering with tears "we have to run, Yuki, c'mon quick!" He said and started packing a bag, Yuki walked with shivering legs and started packing her bag too, as soon as they were done Akira lead Yuki to a window near the side and they got out from it, running towards dark alleys

Hakurei tensed up when he heard footsteps near the alley. He had to act fast. He scurried behind the dumpsters and hid there. But,surely they'll find him there,right?

Akira and Yuki walked more ahead with Yuki walking behind Akira, looking back every now and then, Akira saw Hakurei and worry lines formed on his forehead "are you here to kill us?" He asked stretching his arms to hide Yuki, Yuki was hiding behind Akira trying her best not to be seen

The shy male peeked out and gave a frantic shake of his head. Who are they? Did they have the same fate as him? He wasn't sure and his mind was racing with questions and thoughts. He decided to walk out of his hiding spot. He has his pocket knife if they are harmful to him. "Th'name's Hakurei Kusaka"

Akira sighed and then shifted a bit making Yuki fully visible "they're on the lookout for us too, we both failed, I at least hoped that Yuki will pass, maybe that was all because of my stupid form that they thought my sister will be the same" he said looking down, Yuki whispered to him "not your fault"
