Well, you can't always get what you want.
Just to point out, those are 3D sprites. The sprites here a 2D.

The sprites are fine.

I think the sprite is just fine, too. o.o 3-D sprites would be cool, but this site doesn't use them.

They're sprites taken directly from X/Y. So they are 3D.
I like the sprites the way they are.

I like the sprites as they are now. If they'd be 3D they'd slow down the site and the interacting would be next to impossible. And why changing just one sprite anyways? Either change them all either none at all.
