Coal slid down the wall and held her hands over her ears. She was in the hallway not far from there, but it was like they were screaming in her ears.

She laughed as long fangs came out of her mouth. Her ears grew longer and more cat-like. Her short tail turned long and had a curve at the edge. Her hair grew longer. Her eyes now looked mocking. She had a knife. A smile was twitching. SHe grabbed Chase.
