It would be really helpful if we received a notification when someone bids on our auctions. So, we won't have to get to the auction house, everytime we want to see what's happening on our auctions.
Suggestion from other users:
1) We will be able to turn on or turn off this feature.
2) We will receive only a notification for the latest bid, that means: when user1 bids we get a notification. When user2 bids, the notification from user1's bid disappears and we can only se the notification from user2's bid.

No support.
What if there's an auction war? It's basically when two or more people are focusing on one Pokemon, and keep out-bidding each other every second. We would get floods of un-wanted notifications.

And it's not a must to know if someone bid on our Pokemon. When the Auction ends, you get a notification saying someone has won, and you receive the PD. If it ends but nobody bid on it, you won't receive a notification.

Btw one of the reasons I support is I like seeing how much people are betting without having to go to the auction house, another reason is since it can be turned off there is no downside

Toothless's got a point. We don't want our notification flooded. \r\nBut in turn it may be like forum posts. When someone posts in a thread you've suscribed, you receive a noti. that someon ehas posted, and when someone else yet posts, the previous noti. is replaced by the newer one, leaving only one noti. per thread.\r\nSimilar could be for Auctions, otherwise I agree with Toothless and Queen.

Seeing the edited first post I have to ask: how is this helpful to you? You seeing what people bid on your pokemon helps you in what way? You can't respond to this. You can't really do anything about this. This is just a way to clutter notifications and seems like extra work for Riako to do and code. And let's say the notification does disappear and is replaced with the newest bid like Staggregit said, what does this do? I don't see any point in having a notification saying "Someone bid on your auction".... "Oh, someone bid again...." "Someone bid again"..... Why? If you only see the most recent person who bid, that's the same thing as when you get a notification saying the auction is over. It shows the last amount of money you got.

You knowing when and how much someone bids is irrelevant. And if you really want to see, go to the Auction House. It's not that hard. Needing to know every single time someone raises a bid by 1 PD is in no way helpful. If you care that much when people bid have another tab open of your auctions and look there. You don't need this feature when you can get the same result easier and with less work on Riako's part to do.

Queen-Pumpkaboo, if you can turn it off at any time what is bad about it?

what's bad is making Riako go through the effort of making this new feature that isn't necessary or needed for the site to be better or improve.

That'd be up to Riako to decide, and he has mentioned prior that he wants to focus on new ideas. This is unnecessary, in my opinion, and a waste of time, again in my opinion, when we should be coming up with new ideas or fixing issues on site.

It may be unnessasary but it is not a waste of time, e and oddybell both like to check on what the current bid in our auction is at, and it would be easier to with a notification instead of checking every 5 minutes because I want to know what the bid is at

And I have already said how you can check them: open a tab, and look. And making a suggestion for two people probably isn't going to happen. So, do that if you care that much about when and who bids, instead of asking for a whole new feature just for you and one person.
