Kay stood in front of Jack, smoke rising from her back. Jack puffed smoke from his nose.

"I'm not scared of you, big brother." Kay said as she threw fire at Jack.

Jack picked Kay up, jumped to a tree, and with all his might, threw her to the ground. She laid there, motionless.

Echo escaped and landed in front of Jack again. "Oh boohoo, I didn't want to speak." She snarled. "I'm my own person and I have a right to stay silent, I'm no pet!"

Seeing that Echo had escaped, welp. Ditt turned into a spiky ball, and landed on Jack.

Jack picked her up and faced Ditt. There were tears in his eyes.

"Take her, and bring her back to camp. Tell everyone I'm sorry." He placed her down gently, and flew off
