Ignoring the non-sensical teleport that Chase-ex-machina did, Ditt remembered the button that he throwed at Echo's pockets. If she pressed it, a rocket would be sent flying, showing her location.

As Echo was yelping, the button ended up being pressed, lauching a rocket at the sky. Ditt looks at the rocket, turns into another rocket, and launches himself at where the chaos is happening.

Celebi travelled through time 1 second after the fight, therefore teleporting to the place.
