Navuso sighed when Christina face-palmed, for the same reason.
"Forgetting you had an egg with you is how you wind up with it dying on you," he mumbled, to which Xat laughed.

"It's not funny!" the human huffed crossing his arms and glaring at his partner.

"It kind of is," Houndoom said, giving a smirk.
"Wait, you understand me, and I know how, but what about the other humans?" she asked, looking to Christina then to Thomas, not expecting an answer as the other male took off to find a cheap hotel.

"Seeing as he ran off without us, I guess we're on our own," the human noted with another sigh.
"So, any ideas for a place we might be able to stay? I don't have a lot on me, unfortunately, but I plan to try and find a way to make some money," he explained to the female who was still with him.

"Friend~" Seer purred at the Axew, laying down and waving the ball-like tips of his tail in front of Knight's face in a playful manner.

Christina simply watched Thomas dash off, shaking her head a little,"He was a bit weird, and seemed a little nitwitted."She noted, not trying to sound rude. She glanced at Navuso,"I simply planned on camping out like I did with my Father."She said simply, before realizing she should probably introduce herself."Sorry for the late introduction. My name's Christina, and those Pokemon over there are my Quilava Lava, and my Axew Knight."She introduced, holding her hand out for him to shake,

"Friend!"Knight agreed, swatting at Seer's tail in response, while Lava simply grunted and endured their playfulness happening on his back.

"Well, that guy was Thomas. I'm Navuso, but you can call me Nat if that's easier. This fluffy guy is Xat. She doesn't have a name, so just is called Houndoom. Seer is playing with Knight, and LeafBlade is resting on Houndoom's back," he introduced everyone as he shook Christina's hand.

"I've camped out only once, and that was because Houndoom kept me in one place for the night," he added with a laugh at her plans, but it certainly sounded better than spending his money on a place to stay when it could be better spent taking care of supplies for his team.

Sending Lava's mild irritation from his grunt, Xat picked up Seer in his wings, then sat the feline on his head. He then offered his wing out to Knight.
"Let's let Lava get a break from you two, huh?" he asked them.

Thomas got to the hotel but it seemed like a dump so he headed back to the others
"Hey there arn't any good hotels here so i guess we are just camping out tonight," Thomas said glumly. :/

Luck had been standing on top of a power pole nearby. He watched Thomas and Navuso quietly. "Humans..." He said to himself quietly.

Houndoom growled at the human coming back and touching her in a friendly manner. If he was going to just leave them like that, what gave him the right to touch her?

Navuso gave a sigh as he looked at his Houndoom.
"Relax," he said with a shrug as he looked back at Christina.

When a Charizard made its way over, the human took a step back to get out of its way.

"Why don't we go ahead and find somewhere that would be good to set up a camp?" he asked Christina as Xat moved between Navuso and Thomas and the Charizard.
