if the user doesn't reply to offers or isn't playing for a long time anymore, take away his post and set up trades so you aren't fooled and keep waiting

Are you talking about the GTS?
Because that already happens ;) If a trade is up for a month (or 2 months; not quite sure which of the two) without any decision, it gets automatically taken down.
