Sherri-Anne and Alain were miffed about doing those exercises, then Mrs. Resnick said, "You will be marked on your participation", Alain and Sherri-Anne got up and grabbed the 5 lb weights, Alain got started by bringing the weights close to his shoulders, and he returned them to the starting position in the middle, Sherri-Anne did it slowly while Mrs. Resnick looked on, "Nicely done Sherri-Anne", Alain was surprised. After a minute, Mrs. Resnick told the class to stop, "Okay, I need to know how many bicep curls you've done", Alain answered, "8 bicep curls", and then Sherri-Anne answered, "7 bicep curls done", Mrs. Resnick smiled and started to become serious, "Okay, tricep curls starts now".

Sherri-Anne and Alain were doing everything they can in the second exercise the tricep curls. Sheri-Anne moved her arms and positioned it correctly, while Alain was having trouble with the positioning, "Alain, what are you doing?", Mrs. Resnick asked, "Mrs. Resnick I have a bit of trouble with positioning in tricep curls", Mrs. Resnick answered, "Elbows need to be bent", Alain couldn't believe it. Then Mrs. Resnick told the class, "Well, time up, Sherri-Anne how many tricep curls did you do?", Sherri-Anne answered, "5 tricep curls", and Mrs. Resnick looked at Alain, "Alain?", Alain answered, "3 tricep curls". Mrs. Resnick nodded her head then she told her class, "Drink some water, let's take a 10 minute break", Sherri-Anne sighed, "Wow!".
