Is anyone else like new and way lost?
I seem to be gathering tons of gems, but I have no real clue how to use them. Like what is their purpose, do I NEED them or are they just there if I want them for whatever they are for? Like what do they do?
ALSO what do the things you cook at the berry garden do they sell for like 1 PD which is so low its not worth selling so, do they have a purpose?
Am I just like slow in the head or is this a common newbie problem, like how do I pokemon guys, how do I even pokemon xD

You can use gems to buy eggs from the Gem Collector/Greg.

The items are used to complete the task in the Bulletin Board

It's pretty easy to be confused with the mechanics and understanding of PH. Gems in the game is used to boost the type of the pokemon but here we use it to get eggs. Gems are used for other things also, such as Electric Gems for PokèRadar batteries and to gain Dream Points in the Dream World Shop.

oh, so I don't like absolutely need them really, so I just have alot of saved up stuff I won't need for a while...
Great even in the game world I have tons of stuff I will likely never have a use for, packrat game = strong
