I can make an avatar for free - Similar to the one I have
I can also add a color overlay for you if you'd like, a fade or glitch transition, a border, some text, etc. Just feel free to tell me what you need :)

you can also use this website if you want to make something simple. :) it's a really good site, with useful tool for making a simple gif.
