So, while reading through all the forums written on Stat Boosting, i discovered that no one really knows anything solid or concrete. There is a lot of he said she said, and arguments, but no real confirmed answers to questions. So, here I am posting some of the most commonly asked questions gathered from many different posts.

Are there a limit to the number of vitamins that can be used on pokemon on the site?

Can you use the massage until its maxed out, and then follow it up with vitamins?

Do IVs and EVs work the same on Pokeheros as they do in the games?

Are the IVs and EVs capped like they are in Pokemon?

Is it more beneficial to do the Flavor Bath Massage, or Do the individual massages?

Is there any way to boost stats by an unlimited number?

While I am sure we can argue all these back and forth all day, I'd prefer answers supported by evidence rather than just what someone thinks. Moderators answers will be accepted as truth unless they state that they are unsure.

Yes There is a limit,I don't remember how many you can use.You can use vitamina after the massages until the limit.No,Since both can't be calculated because Ph has a limit for 100+,Different of other Pokémon games,There isn't base stats calculator that can calculated 100+.I think Individual massages do better because they raise your pokémons stats better(Like a higher number).No There isn't anyway to boost stats to unlimited(Levelling helps with stats but just an small number)

I Appreciate that Ampha. I am working on a special team of pokemon, and I want to see how I can boost them to their absolute max. So these answers help. So once I finish the Raising stats by Massage, and then I use the vitamins until they are maxed, then thats it for their IVs, Correct? I only recently started IV Training in the pokemon games, so I am still unsure of how it all works. And how it works on here as well.

Yes, that would be it for their IVs.
If you get the warning, their IVs won't be raised any further, no matter the manner.
