Can I Just Say From Looking At The Pokedex There Is Just A Regular Shiny Meowth Instead Of A Shiny Version Of Mewton M. Meowth? I Think Everyone Has Seen It Without The Shiny. I'm Not Trying To Be Harsh To The Spriters, Because It Takes A Long Time Probably. But Just Saying A Shiny Mewton M. Meowth Would Be Nice In The Future.

The Image Of Mewton M. Meowth Not Having Its Shiny

I'm Just Saying Once It's Obtainable They Should Make The Sprite For It.

From what I know, it's because there are no Shiny Mewton M. Meowths on site yet.

Let me just drop this here because I'm lazy and it was about the same issue. xD

So, in other (short) words; why bother with a shiny image if it's not even obtainable (yet)?
