History: Oliver was only 5-years old when he discovered he was weird. His family cast him out for it, and he struggled to do anything to let himself do well. One day, a fire burst out in a city, and he became interested in fire. He set half of a forest on fire when he discovered his fire powers, and became dangerous. So he finally decided to just go to school in a city where he wasn't known as a pyromaniac who was going to burn everyone.
Personality: Oliver is a sassy pyromaniac, who tends to flirt with a lot of people. He has a lot of sarcastic remarks when someone says/does something obvious or stupid, and would rather be asleep than dealing with everyone.

Powers: He can fly, breathe fire, and go from human, to half-and-half, to pureblood dragon. [Like a shapeshifter sort of]
