It's finally happened. Tensions were high already, but when a small town of humans was slaughtered, it proved to be the final straw.
Finally, the long anticipated war began. Humans against ghouls, ghouls against humans.
The CCG has been recruiting and training humans to be Doves at an alarming rate, and most ghouls belong to organizations.

The Doves have a heavily guarded base, and it's huge. Even the leader of the CCG gets lost in it at times. Thousands of soldiers can fit into it, and humans are trained here. They still have a Q-Squad, and are still experimenting with humans and captured ghouls alike.

The Ghouls have many Organizations rising, all seemingly helping each other. But ghouls can be just as greedy as humans. All is not what it seems, and snakes ever slither through the grass...

Rules! Every RP needs 'em~
1. Please don't use canon characters, or be related to them. OCs work just as well, and it'd all get confusing. ^^'
2. Please be literate. And use full sentences, 'cause otherwise, other RPers don't have much to work with.
3. Don't be too graphic. We have young'uns prowling among us~
4. Remember, coffee can't sustain a ghoul for long. The hunger if you try that method will overwhelm your character. I mean, look at what happened to Kaneki. It got so bad, he was willing to eat his best friend. Keep that in mind.
5. I will allowa few people to create an organization. PM me and I'll give you a form. After it is filled out, PM me the completed form and I'll either accept or deny it.

Name: Faolán Vánangandr
Age: 18
Gender: male
Appearance: All anyone has seen of him is his short black hair, pale skin, and his kakugan. Nobody but his direct underling knows his real name and full appearance, since his direct underling is his best friend.
Mask: A black fox mask, with red trimming, and a red ribbon to hold it in place. It covers his whole face, except for his eyes.
Alias (Known by the CCG as) : Fenrir, because he leaves an insignia at every crime scene.
Kagune (Bikaku, Ukaku, Koukaku, Rinkaku, Chimera, or Kakuja) : Chimera. He has a wing-like Ukaku that he got from his mother, and a Rinkaku that he got from his father.
Bio: Born to two Ghouls who were very violent, he learned how to defend himself, and quickly. When he became of age, he killed them, as he should have a long time ago. He began recruiting ghouls who were tired of peace, and before long, the Fenrisúlfur Organization, better known as the 'Wolves of Hell', was born. He reigns over it, and instructs his followers to kill humans who have done wrong, though since he's been away, they have begun killing indiscriminately, and he's in danger of being killed by his own group.
Personality: He seems uncaring, though he cares very much for his subordinates. He often seems fearless. The one thing he is afraid of -really, and truly afraid of- is being caged. For that reason, he stays far from the CCG and won't even go to a zoo, or circus. He also stays away from ropes and chains. He refuses to even touch them. His fear is due to his parents, who often locked him in a small dog kennel, and who tied him up to inflict punishment.

If so, what rank? : He is the leader and founder of the Fenrisúlfur Organization. He had disappeared for while, and ghouls within the organization had begun sowing seeds of mistrust within the group. When he came back, he found that many ghouls had begun killing innocent humans, not just ones who had done wrong. Many in the group think he is too weak, and unfit to be leader.
Other: He also runs a small coffee shop, and he hires both ghouls and humans.

Appearance: Tall girl with broad shoulder and athletic build. Her black hair is short and has dark blue and purple streaks, while her eyes are ice blue. Outfit she wears are ripped jeans, black hoodie with man plaid red button up shirt underneath and black bow tie. She often gets mistaken for boy, because of her build and almost no female features.

Mask: Blue and silver wolf mask that covers upper part of her face. Tied together with blue ribbon.

Bio: Lace's family fell apart only few years after she was born. Her mother was in love with human and her father decided to kill him. His plan didn't work and he was caught by CCG. She doesn't know what happened to him because her mother never told her anything and Lace lived, kind of, happy life with her mother and mother's human lover. Until her brother was born, he caused a great disaster in family but Lace tried to keep him out of trouble that is until he found some ghouls and went away with them. They just disappeared and when she was sixteen she decided to go away and continue with her life. She now lives like a lone wolf without long term place to stay.

Personality: Even though she might seem cold and uninterested, she is actually really nice person once you get to know her. Lace likes to tell jokes and laugh with her friends. She is the one that takes care of others if they are injured, but acts too motherly.She is way too loyal, even a bit clingy.

So, is she a full ghoul, and is her brother a full ghoul?
Just asking, 'cause female ghouls can't give birth to half-ghouls. They would just re-absorb the fetus into their body. Only human females can, and only if said human performs cannibalism.
