So, i think it would be nice to be able to evolve Cherrim with a weather balloon during rain, to evolve it to the overcast form.

No support.
We already have a way of changing Cherrim's forme. We don't need another. It would also decrease the value of the Sunny Cherrim.
Also, Weather Balloons are meant solely for Castform. It just doesn't make sense ro use it for one other Pokémon.

Oh right, i forgot about the one form changer for sunny cherrim. Let me edit my previous post to suggest a overcast form.

The "overcast" form is the default form we already have I think? (At least according to bulbpedia)




So completely unneeded - we already have both forms?

Oh. Well, I guess that makes sense.

Anyways, like Nessy already pointed out, we already have that form - you get it automatically when evolving your Cherubi - so we don't need this. Gonna lock this now.
