Hold on. Set 3 isn't even complete yet, and you're already asking for more sets? No support. Just be patient, please.
You also haven't finished Set 2. Please at least finish all of your current goals before you demand more.
(Additionally, you don't NEED anything. You WANT it. Riako is doing all of this work of his own free will, and you're just demanding more and acting like you need it. Please BE PATIENT.)

To be exact, (as far as I know, which is pretty far) the Quest Master badge is not yet obtainable. Riako is working on features that are more necessary for this site, and I don't think another set of badges would be top priority at this time. It sounds to me like you just want this to be implemented so you can get the rewards.
