A certain 13-year-old-boy by the name of Yuichiro Hyakuya was wandering around town looking for more people who are 'gifted' like him.He wouldn't call being abnormal gifted,though.He sighed and thought 'Well if the Gods decided to do this,I'll just have to go along with it right?Good thing I can control it.'
