In Chrome, can't you set you language preferences, and you can get the option to translate into your preferred language?
Sure, it'd be choppy and bad, because Google Translate sucks, but it could work if you needed it translated.
Overall I am not on board with that, because it would be so much work, and there are solutions. Not good solutions :P but solutions

I thought you meant like the Admin translating every bit of non-feed and non-about me and non- forum post himself into as many languages as possible :P
I'm not against the idea, but I certainly wouldn't use it, being a bilangual person with English as my first language, I wouldn't need it 'w'

How to translate:
'Stuff in English' : 'Stuff in your language',
'Another thing in English' : 'Stuff in your language',
And so on

You know what the great thing about the Internet and the reign of the monster language, aka English, is? They teach you English.
Yeah, I know, there are kids here, kids whose first language isn't English. However, if your proficiency in English is so poor that you can't understand even half of the stuff, then that raises an obvious question: the heck are you doing on a website ripe with English such as PH?
Just my two cents on this, no hostility intended.
