The mysterious pokemon used Confusion on Leaf causing him to get confused effect making him see stuff that was not there and used Hypnosis on Baras.

The mysterious pokemon makes Dragon rage bounce straight back and Baras and uses Psychic to stop Baras moving then it used Hypnosis on Leaf.
