Hey looking for some help to get Diancie I had missed my chance to get her as well I live in Canada so a lot of the events don't happen here. Willing to trade almost anything to get her I just adore this pokemon. Please help!

Diancie isn't implemented yet, and where you live does not affect your ability to get events. Also, I'm pretty sure Riako has said not to suggest new Pokemon. The wording also sounds more like you're asking for one rather than suggesting that it gets implemented. This also isn't related to trading.

Edit: If you're trying to find an actual Diancie in the games, then this is in the completely wrong place. This is where you suggest new features related to trading in this game.

Are you asking for a Diancie in the games in real life? Sounds like it.

1. I guess you are taling about the real pokemon game. I guess asking for a Diancie in real pokemon games must go to "Discussion" or "General Discussion" Forums
2. And second, even if you are suggesting a Diancie here, it is suggeted Here

But anyway, yes- this isn't really a suggestion for PH, is it?
