(Another character alongside Flare-
Nickname: (Optional) Blaze
Pokemon: Typhlosion
Gender: Male
Game they came from: ORAS
Level: 40
Moveset: Eruption, Overheat, Fire Blast, Flamethrower
Ability: Blaze
Other: He was with the same trainer as Flare. Flare and Blaze were the main pokemon of their trainer. Recap? I mean how can I start? Figuring out a battle between pokemon where the others are.)
An erruption attack is used where the others are. A typhlosion is using it. A charmeleon comes into view and counters with Flamethrower.

(You could start a battle near Cyndaquil, Dusk, and Jolt I haven't really used them in much importance yet)

The typhlosion used an erruption again. The charmeleon then used dragon claw and began to glow.

Dusk looked at the sky and growled lowly. "Something up Char?" Cyndaquil asked he was laying on Charizard's wing. The Pokemon didn't respond he got up and knocked Cyndaquil to the ground. "Hey Dusk wait for me" Cyndaquil said quickly and ran after Charizard. Jolt followed, Dusk had seen a fire move in the sky not to far from him.

Torrent looked at the other Pokemon for a moment, he didn't say anything.

The typhlosion lifted charmeleon and used flamethrower, the pokemon was lifed up in the air by the force of flame thrower.
The charmeleon began to evolve in the air. It glowed and wings appeared. The charizard, previously a charmeleon, began to circle in the air, using flamethrower all the time.
"Wow, Flare, you evolved! If master had been here, he would have been happy. Too bad, he lost his most important pokemons when they were at the top of their power." Typhlosion said.
"Blaze! See what I can do, but I cannot figure out the use of this stone. " Flare said, pointing to his collar with charizardite X. Flare then used newly learnt Blast Burn.

Dusk stopped at the edge of the forest. He watched the battle from the shadows, "hmm a blast burn" the pokemon said lowly. His Charizardite x shone dimly in the light. "You see something" Cyndaquil asked in confusion.

"Another charizard?" Flare said in confusion, seeing Dusk. Flare picked up Blaze and both fire pokemon landed near Dusk and cyndaquill.

Dusk growled protectively, and nudged Cyndaquil behind him. Jolt stood in the shadows and raided to attack. "If you want to attack us you're thinking wrong" dusk said cautiously, Cyndaquil just sighed.

"We were just having a friendly battle for me to evolve. We don't want to attack you. We're new here," Flare said to dusk.
"Whats your name? I'm blaze and this is Flare" Blaze said, eyeing the cyndaquill, he was remembering the time he was himself a cyndaquill.

Cyndaquil felt somewhat uneasy as the Typhlosion looked at him, though the Pokemon was level 100 his trainer didn't evolve him, and Cyndaquil didn't mind. "Uh I'm Dusk, this is my little bro Cyndaquil, and our friend Jolt should be here somewhere" Charizard said lowly.

Blaze sensed Cyndaquill's uneasiness and turned away.
"Even you teleported to the real world?" Flare asked. "Anyone knows what's the use of this?" He continued, pointing at his collar with Charizardite X. It had been a total mystery to him as his trainer had given it to him in advance as a charmeleon.

Dusk looked at the stone, "hmm that stone can make you mega evolve" the Pokemon said kindly. Cyndaquil blinked and took a step to where he was next to Dusk.

On seeing sandy, Blaze ignited his flames. Flare did not suspect anyone of anything but became alert. "Let me try," Flare said and thought about his trainer. The bond increased and the stone gave off a glow. It had nearly succeeded but it required more bond to do it without a trainer.

Cyndaquil looked to see what Blaze was looking at. He then recognized Sandy, "it's alright she's a friend" Cyndaquil said cautiously.

Dusk nodded, and looked at his own stone around his neck. He then closed his eyes and focused, memories of his trainer flooded his mind, the Pokemon then mega evolved.

Sandy nods, then jumps back, surprised at the mega evolving charizard. "SWEET ARCEUS WHAT IS THAT?" She squawked.

Flare thought about how his trainer had chosen him as starter pokemon. He remembered hiw he was traded to the newer games. He remembered his evolution. The pokemon mega evolved, and Blaze saw Flare as a Mega Charizard X.

Dusk looked at Sandy slightly, and sighed. He then closed his eyes once more, and turned back into his regular shiny Charizard self. "Uh that was mega evolution, it happens when you have a special stone, and you have a close bond with a trainer" he said calmly, "though it only happens with certain Pokemon, and you can mega evolve if you have the right stone too" Dusk replied.
